Marigó Oulis has many years of experience of working at a leading Swedish law firm with primarily dispute resolution. Marigó also defended her dissertation in private law in the spring of 2021 and is specialized in restitution and various kinds of value compensations such as inter alia damages and unjust enrichment.
Marigó regularly appears as counsel in court proceedings as well as in arbitrations – both domestic and international. She has primarily acted for clients within the banking and finance sectors and in connection to ownership in various types of companies and share sales.
Since 2005 Marigó has regularly taught at the Faculties of Law at both the University of Stockholm and of Uppsala. Her areas of teaching include general contract law, property law, financing and insolvency law as well as commercial arbitration. She has taught students at all levels.
She graduated in law from the University of Uppsala in 2005 (LL.M), and in 2021 (LL.D) and served at Södra Roslags District Court 2006 – 2008.
